To qualify for our lease-to-own program, applicants must meet specific financial and credit criteria. This includes a minimum credit score, proof of steady income, and a background check to ensure the ability to maintain timely payments.

Monthly payments are due on the first of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees. All transactions are processed securely, and payment history will be reported to credit bureaus to assist in building your credit profile.

Tenants are responsible for routine maintenance and minor repairs. Any major repairs should be reported to our management team promptly. Failure to maintain the property may result in penalties or termination of the agreement.

At the end of the lease term, tenants have the option to purchase the property at a predetermined price. A portion of the monthly rent may be credited towards the purchase price, as outlined in the lease agreement.

In the event of a breach of contract, such as non-payment or property damage, Lease2OwnDreamHome reserves the right to terminate the agreement. Tenants will be given notice and an opportunity to rectify any issues before termination is enforced.
