This Privacy Policy explains how Lease2Own Dream Home, a Revest Strategies company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lease2owndreamhome.com, speak with our AI assistant, call or text us, or apply to our Flex-Lease program.

We are a small company. We do not sell your personal information, we do not run advertising networks on this site, and we do not put you into automated drip campaigns you did not ask for.

1. Information we collect

Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address when you submit a form, request a call, or email us.
What you tell us about your situation — the free-text information you choose to share about your housing goals, timeline, employment, or circumstances.
Application information — if you move forward with a Tenant-Buyer Application, the information requested on that application.

Information collected when you use our AI assistant

Our website includes an AI voice and chat assistant (“Lori”) that can answer questions and book appointments 24 hours a day. When you interact with it:

The conversation content is transmitted to and processed by our customer relationship platform, HighLevel (also operating as LeadConnector), and its AI service providers.
If you use the voice feature, your browser will ask for microphone permission first. Your speech is converted to text for the assistant to respond. Do not use the voice or chat assistant if you do not want the conversation recorded or transcribed.
Conversations may be retained in our CRM and reviewed by our team so we can follow up accurately.

You are never required to use the AI assistant. You can always reach a person by calling (425) 546-1546 or emailing info@lease2owndreamhome.com instead.

Information collected automatically

Standard server and security logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Our security plugin uses this to block malicious traffic.
Essential cookies — used to keep the site functioning, to cache pages for speed, and to remember properties you save to a wishlist or add to a comparison.
Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve the font files.

As of the date above, this site does not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, a Meta/Facebook pixel, or any third-party advertising or session-recording tracker. If that changes, we will update this policy.

2. Calls, texts, and messaging consent

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your inquiry and the Flex-Lease program.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages related to an active application or agreement.
Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of applying to or participating in any program we offer.

Calls may be recorded or transcribed for accuracy and training. Washington law generally requires all parties to consent to the recording of a private conversation. If a call is being recorded, you will be notified at the start of that call, and you may ask us not to record.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

respond to your question and schedule consultations;
assess whether Flex-Lease is a realistic fit for your situation;
arrange for a licensed mortgage loan originator to review your numbers, where that step applies;
match you with available properties or search for one on your behalf;
administer an application, lease, or option agreement if you move forward;
keep records required by law and defend our legal rights;
maintain the security and performance of this website.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — our CRM and communications platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our website host, our email provider, and the AI providers powering our assistant. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
Licensed professionals involved in your transaction — mortgage loan originators, escrow and title companies, attorneys, and property inspectors — where relevant to a consultation or transaction you have asked us to pursue.
Property owners or sellers where necessary to evaluate or complete a specific transaction you are pursuing.
Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
Business transfer — if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and consultation records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Records tied to an executed lease, option, or purchase agreement are retained for the periods required by Washington law and our lenders. You may ask us to delete records that we are not required to keep.

6. Your choices and rights

You may, at any time:

ask what personal information we hold about you;
ask us to correct information that is wrong;
ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep;
opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or texts by replying STOP;
decline to use the AI assistant and speak with a person instead.

Washington residents have additional rights regarding certain health-related data under the Washington My Health My Data Act. We do not seek or knowingly collect health information. Please do not send us medical details; if your circumstances involve health matters, you can simply tell us that your situation changed without providing specifics.

7. Fair housing

We do business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and Washington’s Law Against Discrimination. We do not use the information you give us to screen for or against any protected class.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and website firewall protection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
